Arrive to Jeddah airport
Get transferred to Makkah hotel
4th – 8th Thul Hijjah: stay in Makkah at Swissotel Al Maqam (5-star) Hotel
Get transferred to Mina camp for the Hajj days
8th – 13th Thul Hijjah: stay at VIP Mina camp across of Jamarat (with exclusive use of Mashaer train)
Get transferred back to Makkah hotel
13th – 14th Thul Hijjah: return to Makkah Swissotel Al Maqam (5-star) Hotel
Get transferred to Madinah hotel
14th – 21st Thul Hijjah: stay in Madinah at Pullman Zamzam (5-star) Hotel
In Madinah there will be an arranged day for Mazarat sightseeing tour

PACKAGE HIGHLIGHTS

Roundtrip airfare: We reserved several airlines for our groups, including Air Canada, Saudi Airlines, Lufthansa, and EgyptAir, etc. (Every applicant will receive his/her individual ticket by email).
Departure and return dates may vary from group to group, depending on the city of departure and airlines availability in their city. Therefore, it is extremely important that you check your individual ticket when you receive it.
Additional airline charges will apply for applicants who choose to travel by air to connect to the city of departure in Canada (exact flight itinerary will be provided).
Exclusive VIP air-conditioned buses for transfers between cities and sightseeing are managed and arranged by Ministry of Hajj.
All obligatory Umrah and Hajj actions will be guided with a group leader, in order to ensure that you do not miss any action.
4th of Thul Hijjah: arriving to Jeddah then getting transferred to Makkah by VIP bus.
From 4th to 14th of Thul Hijjah: check-in at Swissotel Al-Maqam Makkah, the newly furnished (5-star) hotel at the clock tower. The hotel faces the Holy Ka'aba and has direct access to Al-Masjid Al-Haram.
8th of Thul Hijjah: get transported to Mina for the Hajj days.
Spend 5 Nights in VIP Mina camp, across from the Jamarat bridge in Mina and near the Mashaer train. The train is an extraordinary transportation method for pilgrims between the holy sites in Arafat, Muzdalifah and Mina, so your movement can be easier during Hajj days.
13th of Thul Hijjah: get transported back to Makkah to your room at Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah hotel at the clock tower.
14th of Thul Hijjah: travel to Madinah and stay until 23rd of Thul Hajjah at Pullman Zamzam Hotel, which is a (5-star) hotel across from Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi in Madinah (about 1 minute walking distance). Facing the Green Dome.
Sightseeing tour in Madinah on private VIP air-conditioned buses.
Sofa beds will be provided (in Mina and Arafat) in air-conditioned tents by Mutawef.
Buffet breakfast and dinner served in both Makkah and Madinah hotels.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner in Mina and Arafat catered by Ministry approved catering firm.
Performance of Tawaf Al-Ifada and Tawaf Al-Wadaa – organized by the group leader.
21st of Thul Hijjah (August 11th 2020): Depart to Canada from Madinah airport.
Hajj Mutawef Fee – Hajj Bank draft – Sacrifice (Qurbani) are included.
Canadian and Saudi Taxes are included.
The package fee is calculated based on departures from Toronto and Montreal. For additional airline or bus tickets connecting other Canadian cities to one of the two cities, additional fees may apply.
Modification of your return date is possible upon request, subject to availability. If you wish to return earlier, please inform us by April 20, 2020.
