- Our company provides packages for pre-arranged Umrah groups, customized, or only Umrah/Tourist visas.
- We issue one year validity Tourist Visa with multiple entry to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Umrah visa is intended for non-Canadians with PR cards to allow them to travel for Umrah in Makkah and Madinah. Additionally, this Umrah Visa permits them, within the month of the validity of the visa, to visit any city in Saudi Arabia for the purpose of visiting family members, friends, or for touristic or business purposes.
- The Umrah Visa allows you entry to Jeddah or Madinah airports within 30 days of issuance of the visa. However, during the months of Rajab, Sha’aban, Ramadan, and Shawal, it is only valid within 15 days from the date of issuance of the visa.
- The validity of stay or the period of stay for the Umrah Visa starts from the traveler’s entry date to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and cannot exceed a maximum stay of 30 days. Exceeding the Umrah validity of stay is an immigration violation and will result in serious legal action.
- Applicants must be Canadian citizens (to be issued a Tourist Visa) or holders of Canadian permanent resident card (to enable them to get an Umrah Visa). If an applicant holds multiple nationalities, he/she must apply with the Canadian passport.
- Mahram must be a male relative at least 18 years of age, applying for his visa application at the same time with the female applicant and entering Saudi Arabia at the same flight. Your Mahram can be only one of the following: father, brother, uncle (father’s brother or mother’s brother), grandfather, nephew (son of your brother or your sister), father-in-law and son-in-law.
- Canadian women over 18 years old can apply for Umrah without a Mahram. Non-Canadian women over 45 years old can also apply for Umrah without a Mahram.
Umrah Requirement

An original applicant’s machine-readable passport in good condition (no damages). With following terms:
– The passport must include first/given names and last/Surname.
– Include the city and country of birth.
– It must also be valid for more than six months from the application date (to be safe make sure your passport is valid more than 8 moths when you return back to Canada).
– Contains at least two side by side blank pages for the Umrah visa stamp.
– Travel document may be acceptable for Umrah application if the applicant has a valid Canadian Permanent Resident Card.
– Non Canadian passport is acceptable for Umrah application if the applicant has a valid Canadian Permanent Resident Card. - Visa application form (typed out or hand written in block letters).
- One recent color Photograph, professionally taken only within the past 6 months (Canadian passport size is acceptable) on a plain white background.
- A copy of Immunization card / document showing vaccination against Meningitis (one dose of ACYW135 vaccine) for adults. The vaccine is valid for a period of 5 years. Meningitis and POLIO record for children under 15 years old. (Do not submit the original Immunization card)!
- Proof of relationship to your Mahram is required, if you are non-Canadian applying for Umrah as a female (age less than 45 years old) or as a child (less than 18 years old). (i.e. a marriage certificate for the spouse, and a birth certificate for the child, brothers, sisters, indicating names of parents, etc.).
- Permission note: If a child (less than 18 years of age) applying for Umrah or Hajj without his parents or one of them, a notarized by notary public and stamped by Global Affairs Canada permission letter must be submitted from the absent parent or both if they are not traveling with the child.
- Non-Canadian applicants who have reverted / converted to Islam may need to submit a statement from any Islamic Center showing their conversion to Islam.

Proof of Relationship
- For Non-Canadians females or children, proof of relationship to the Mahram is accepted with the following guidelines:
- If the Birth or Marriage Certificate is issued from Canada, please submit a notarized copy by a Canadian notary public and authenticated by the Global Affairs Canada authentication section. (we can provide assistance with the legalization of your document at Global Affairs Canada – which is located only in Ottawa).
- If the Birth or Marriage Certificate is issued from outside Canada (not Saudi or any other Arabic country) it should be: (1) In or translated to English, French, or Arabic. (2) Notarized by a Canadian notary public or by the embassy of the issuing country in Canada plus stamped by Global Affairs Canada.
- If the Birth or Marriage Certificate is issued from Saudi Arabia or any other Arabic Countries (showing the relationship) then a simple clear copy is accepted. Also a copy of an old Iqama (Saudi resident card).
Alternative Evidence
- If you have a valid or expired Pakistani passport or Pakistani National Identity card (NICOP) or Indian passport, it must be:
- Showing the relationship clearly (Full names of the father, mother or husband).
- A notarized copy by a Canadian notary public or High commission in Canada, and Authenticated by the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs (Global Affairs Canada).
- If the passport is Syrian, Palestinian, Sudanese, Egyptian passport (showing the full name as: First name, Father, Grandfather and Family name) or any official family book record, a simple copy is accepted.
Your KSA Location
- If you are non-Canadian and are applying for an Umrah Visa without a package, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and our Saudi Umrah sponsor company must be aware of your accommodation while you are in Saudi Arabia, therefore please provide one of the following:
- If you do not have a contact person in Saudi Arabia, then a confirmed hotel reservation that covers your whole stay in Saudi Arabia is required. If you change your accommodation, you must inform us of your new location by email.
- If you will be staying with relatives or friends from Saudi Arabia, please provide:
- Copy of your contact person Saudi ID or valid Iqama (Saudi resident card).
- Your contact person phone number and address.
- Place of work information including employer’s name and address.
