Important notice:
The package fee for Hajj 2022 will be calculated based off of last Hajj 2021's suppliers expenses. This year the host government applied a tax increase of 10 percent which will force all suppliers to increase their cost by the same percentage. We understand your situation and desire to fulfill your religious duties by performing this important pillar of Islam and will keep you updated. Despite the effects of the pandemic, we are striving to serve you in the best manner possible so that you can be the next guest of Allah insha'Allah.
ITINERARY:
Arriving at Jeddah Airport
1st – 8th Thul Hijjah: stay in Makkah Le Meridien Towers hotel
Get transferred to Mina camp for the Hajj days
8th – 13th Thul Hijjah: stay at camps in Mina and Arafat (with transfers between camps)
Get transferred back to Makkah hotel
13th – 14th Thul Hijjah: return to Makkah Le Meridien Towers hotel
Get transferred to Madinah hotel
14th – 23rd Thul Hijjah: stay in Madinah Jewar Al Saqefah Hotel
In Madinah there will be an arranged day for Mazarat sightseeing tour
Get transferred to Madinah airport
Depart from Madinah airport
Total stay in KSA about 23 days

PACKAGE HIGHLIGHTS

Roundtrip airfare: We reserved several airlines for our groups, including Air Canada, Saudi Airlines, Lufthansa, and EgyptAir, etc. (Every applicant will receive his/her individual ticket by email).
Departure and return dates may vary from group to group, depending on the city of departure and airlines availability in their city. Therefore, it is extremely important that you check your individual ticket when you receive it.
Additional airline charges will apply for applicants who choose to travel by air to connect the city of departure in Canada (exact flight itinerary will be provided).
Exclusive VIP air-conditioned buses for transfers between cities and sightseeing are managed and arranged by Ministry of Hajj.
All obligatory Umrah and Hajj actions will be guided with a group leader, in order to ensure that you do not miss any action.
First of Thul Hijjah landing to Jeddah Airport, then busing to Makkah, registering for stay in Le Méridien Towers Makkah hotel (from 1st -14th Thul-Hijjah), its a 5* hotel Le Méridien Towers Makkah is directly connected to the Holy Mosque through the tunnel of King Abdulaziz gate-just five minutes away by hotel shuttle bus.
8th - 13th of Thul Hijjah: Days of Hajj.
5 Nights in North American camp in Mina, upgraded and air-conditioned tents.
13th - 14th of Thul Hijjah: back to stay in Le Meridien Towers Hotel.
14th of Thul Hijjah: travel to Madinah and stay until 23rd of Thul Hijjah at Jewar Al Saqefah Hotel which is a (4-star) hotel neighboring Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi (about 1 minute walking distance).
Sightseeing tour in Madinah on private VIP air-conditioned buses.
Sofa beds will be provided (in Mina and Arafat) in air-conditioned tents by Mutawef.
Buffet breakfast and dinner served in both Makkah and Madinah hotels.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner in Mina and Arafat catered by a top-ranking Ministry approved catering firm.
Performance of Tawaf Al-Ifada and Tawaf Al-Wadaa – organized by the group leader.
23rd of Thul Hijjah (August 13th 2020): Depart to Canada from Madinah airport.
Hajj Mutawef Fee – Hajj Bank draft – Sacrifice (Qurbani) are included, and done on time before 9 AM on Eid day 10th Thul Hijjah.
Canadian and Saudi Taxes are included.
Room occupancy distributions will be given only at Madinah hotel at this package, however in Makkah rooming occupancy type may only be quad.
Special and limited offer: for Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Ottawa applicants. we can arrange your flight form any of those cities if you pay 60% of your package fee by March 01,2022.
Modification of your return date possible upon request subject to availability. If you wish to return earlier, please inform us by March 01,2022.
The package fee is calculated based on departures from Toronto and Montreal. For additional airline or bus tickets connecting other Canadian cities to one of the two cities, additional fees may apply.
