Arrive to Madinah airport
Get transferred to Madinah hotel
25th Thul Qida – 4th Thul Hijjah: stay in Madinah at Jewar Al Saqefah (4-star) Hotel
In Madinah there will be an arranged day for Mazarat sightseeing tour
Get transferred to Makkah hotel
4th – 8th Thul Hijjah: stay in Makkah at Le Meridien Towers (5-star) Hotel
Get transferred to Mina camp for the Hajj days
8th – 13th Thul Hijjah: stay at camps in Mina and Arafat (with transfers between camps)
Get transferred back to Makkah hotel
13th – 14th Thul Hijjah: return to Makkah Le Meridien Towers (5-star) Hotel
Get transferred to Jeddah airport
Depart from Jeddah airport

PACKAGE HIGHLIGHTS

Roundtrip airfare: We reserved several airlines for our groups, including Air Canada, Saudi Airlines, Lufthansa, and EgyptAir, etc. (Every applicant will receive his/her individual ticket by email).
Departure and return dates may vary from group to group, depending on the city of departure and airlines availability in their city. Therefore, it is extremely important that you check your individual ticket when you receive it.
Additional airline charges will apply for applicants who choose to travel by air to connect the city of departure in Canada (exact flight itinerary will be provided).
Exclusive VIP air-conditioned buses for transfers between cities and sightseeing are managed and arranged by Ministry of Hajj.
All obligatory Umrah and Hajj actions will be guided with a group leader, in order to ensure that you do not miss any action.
25th of Thul Qidah: arrive to Madinah then getting transferred to hotel by VIP bus.
25th of Thul Qidah checking-in at Jewar Al Saqefah Hotel which is a (4-star) hotel neighboring Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi (about 1 minute walking distance). Check-out is on 4th of Thul Hijjah.
Sightseeing tour in Madinah on private VIP A/C buses.
4th of Thul Hijjah: get transported to Makkah on private VIP A/C buses.
4th of Thul Hijjah checking-in at Le Meridien Towers Hotel (from 4th - 14th Thul Hajjah), which is a (5-star) hotel within 3 minutes away to/from Al-Masjid Al-Haram by hotel shuttle.
8th - 13th of Thul Hijjah: Days of Hajj.
5 Nights in North American camp in Mina, upgraded and air-conditioned tents.
13th - 14th of Thul Hijjah: back to stay in Le Meridien Towers Hotel.
Sofa beds will be provided (in Mina and Arafat) in air-conditioned tents by Mutawef.
Buffet breakfast and dinner served in both Makkah and Madinah hotels.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner in Mina and Arafat catered by Ministry approved catering firm.
Performance of Tawaf Al-Ifada and Tawaf Al-Wadaa – organized by the group leader.
16th of Thul Hijjah (August 6th 2020): Depart to Canada from Jeddah airport.
Hajj Mutawif Fee – Hajj Bank draft – Sacrifice (Qurbani) are included.
Canadian and Saudi Taxes are included.
Room occupancy distributions will be given only at Madinah hotel at this package, however in Makkah rooming occupancy type may only be quad.
The package fee is calculated based on departures from Toronto and Montreal. For additional airline or bus tickets connecting other Canadian cities to one of the two cities, additional fees may apply.
