TRAVEL DATES

Departure: Estimated Departure Date from Canada to Madinah is: June 19th, 2023.
RETURN: Estimated Return Date from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is: July 4th, 2023.

ITINERARY:
Arriving at Madinah Airport
1st – 4th Thul Hijjah: stay in Madinah Hotel
Get transferred to Makkah Hotel
4th – 7th Thul Hijjah: Stay in Makkah Hotel
Get transferred to Mina camp for the Hajj days
7th – 13th Thul Hijjah: stay at camps in Mina and Arafat (with transfers between camps)
Move back from camp to Makkah Hotel
13th – 15th Thul Hijjah: stay in Makkah Hotel
Get transferred to Jeddah Airport
Depart from Jeddah Airport
Total stay in KSA is about 15 days

PACKAGE HIGHLIGHTS

Roundtrip airfare: We reserved several airlines for our groups, including Air Canada, Saudi Airlines, Lufthansa, and EgyptAir, etc. (Every applicant will receive his/her individual ticket by email).
Departure and return are from Toronto Pearson International Airport. Departure from other airport can be arranged upon request.
An extra CAD $500 will be added for roundtrip domestic flights to/from Toronto Pearson International Airport.
Latest model air-conditioned buses for transfers between cities and sightseeing are managed and arranged by Ministry of Hajj.
All obligatory Umrah and Hajj actions will be guided with a group leader, in order to ensure that you do not miss any action.
Sofa beds will be provided (in Mina and Arafat) in air-conditioned tents by Mutawef.
Buffet breakfast and dinner served in both Makkah and Madinah hotels.
Boxed meals in Mina and Arafat catered by a Ministry approved firm.
Performance of Tawaf Al-Ifada and Tawaf Al-Wadaa – organized by the group leader.
15th of Thul Hijjah (July 4th, 2023): Return flight departing from Jeddah airport.
Sacrifice (Qurbani) are included, and done on time before 9 AM on Eid day 10th Thul Hijjah.
